We have several rooms available for anyone for reserve. Our rooms are designed to accommodate several different types of events, from a small birthday party to large business meetings. To book a room for your next event or meeting, click the “Request A Room” button above or below. Someone will get back with you as soon as possible.
Pricing varies depending on the room(s) needed. After you fill out the form, our Events Coordinator will contact you with further information about pricing. All room reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and must go through our reservation process for approval. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance of the desired event date and we will contact you within one business week with availability.

What is the cost for renting a room?
The cost depends on what type of event and how many guests. Deposits are refundable if the room is returned as found. Set up fees for conference rooms are optional at $40 per room. The Auditorium has a mandatory set up/cleaning fee, and A/V fees based on event needs.
What is included for a birthday party, shower, or other event?
In the conference rooms, tables and chairs can be set up by guests or hired by City Station for $40 per room. You may use the guest kitchen, and the indoor playground. Extension cords, HDMI cables, or aux cables, can be checked out at the Welcome Desk.
Can we bring in food to use at our party?
Yes. All food must be cooked off premise and either stored in the room, or in the guest kitchen. Mustard Seed Cafe has first refusal right for any catering.
How big are the conference rooms?
Each of the four individual conference rooms can accommodate 40-50 people. You can combine 2,3, or 4 conference rooms to create larger spaces that accommodate 80-100 (2 rooms), 120-150 (3 rooms), or 160-200 (all rooms) people.
What kind of tables are available and what size are they?
We have round tables and rectangle tables that are 60” round and 6 ft. long.
How long can we rent a room for?
We schedule events for 4 hours, 1 hour for set up, 2 hours for the event, and 1 hour to clean up after. If available, additional time can be requested at $25 per room for each hour over the 4 hour time.
After putting in a request, how long does it take to get a response?
You should receive a response within 7 business days (M-F)
How do I pay the deposit and fees?
We will email you an invoice to be paid online.
